This type of Visa is not issued.

• The Applicant should have a passport(original) valid for at least 6 months before applying for a visa.
• Photocopy of first & last page of the passport.
• One visa form duly filled.
• 1 passport-size photograph.
• The applicant should also submit the National Id Card Copy / Resident Card Copy or Work Permit Card Copy of the authorized signatory attested by the Angola ministry along with the Invitation Letter.
• Copy of the company registration certificate that the embassy needs from invitee. and complete 3-year copy of income tax of the company with the notary.
• Return air ticket.
• Covering letter from the Indian Company concerned, stating purpose of the visit.
• A letter of invitation from the inviting company attested by the Angolan Foreign Ministry in the Portuguese language, stating their License details and Registration Number.
• Business Correspondence in Angola is required.
• Police Clearance Certificate translated and attested by the MEA, Patiala House (Consular Division), New Delhi.
• A yellow fever vaccination certificate is required from travelers over 1 year of age.
• Visa Receipt with the name of the applicant and company name too on the reverse.

• Passport valid at least six months
• Duly filled visa application form (2 copies).
• Two passport-size photographs.
• An undertaking to respect Angolan Law.
• Copy of notarized tax document known as DAR paid by the Angolan Company to send to the Invitee.
• Medical Certificates translated and attested by the MEA, Patiala House (Consular Division), New Delhi.
• Police Clearance Certificate translated and attested by the MEA, Patiala House (Consular Division), New Delhi.
• All educational certificates either translated or attested.
• Covering letter and Employment Agreement/ Contract from the Angolan Company concerned.
• Certified copies of Instituto Do Investimento Estrageiro.
• Tax Card certified copies.
• Yellow Fever certificate.
• Visa fee receipt paid with the name of the Applicant and Company written on the reverse.
• Copies of Diario Da Republica, iii series N 99.
