REQUIREMENT OF DOCUMENTS FOR AUSTRIA VISA APPLICATION

Documents Required for AUSTRIA Tourist Visa

Austria tourist visa application fully completed in English or German language and signed by the applicant. If the applicant is a minor, the application signed by parents or legal guardian.
Covering letter stating the purpose of visiting Austria, brief of your profile and other important facts.
A valid travel document (passport) of the applicant. The passport must have a validity of at least three months after the intended return date. The passport must have at least two blank pages. In case of a minor applicant, copy of the parents' passport (front and back).
Proof of travel history.
2 photographs (35 x 45 mm) with white background and 80% face close up.
As evidence of sufficient funds, you need to submit the bank statement of saving account for the last 3 months, copy of fixed deposit (if any). If you are a business person, you also need to submit current account statement.
Copy of PAN Card
ITRs of last 3 years along with the supporting documents or Form 16
An employee is required to submit: Job appointment letter, confirmation letter, salary slips, NOC from an employer stating your employment information and leave.
The employer is required to submit: Business registration papers, GSTRs of the last 3 years
Confirmed Return Air Ticket as a proof of your return to your Nation (India).
Confirmed reservation of accommodation for the number of days of your stay in Austria.
Day wise detailed itinerary explaining your activities during your stay in Austria
Overseas Travel Health Insurance not less than the coverage of 30,000 Euros for the period of stay in Austria.
You need to submit civil status proof like marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse (wherever applicable) and socio-professional status proof like an employment contract, certificate of current employment, proof of pension, school or college attendance certificate, NOC from the school or college (if you are a student)

Documents Required for AUSTRIA Business Visa

Visa application fully completed and signed by the applicant.
Covering letter from the company stating the purpose of visiting Schengen country
A valid passport of the applicant. The passport must have a validity of at least six months.
Proof of travel history.
2 photographs (35 x 45 mm) with white background and 80% face close up.
