REQUIREMENT OF DOCUMENTS FOR belgium VISA APPLICATION

Documents Required for belgium Tourist Visa

A valid passport with a validity of at least 3 months after the expiry of Belgium visa.
Two copies of the first and last page of the passport.
Visa application form filled with correct information and signed by the candidate. Use block letters while filling the form.
Two photographs (no old than 6 months) having a dimension of 45 mm x 35 mm with white background and 80% face coverage. Editing of photographs is prohibited.
Covering letter (request letter) by the applicant that contains the details of travel.
Confirmed hotel or hostel (accommodation) booking and an onward or round air ticket.
Overseas travel health insurance for the minimum coverage of Euro 30,000/- for an emergency situation.
Proof of travel history (copy of previous visas and stamps).
Day wise itinerary stating the plans of each day after arriving Belgium.
Bank statement of saving account for the last 6 months, copy of fixed deposit (if any). If the applicant is a business person, there's a need to submit a current account statement too.
ITRs for the last 3 years.
An employed person requires to submit employment proofs including job appointment letter, confirmation letter, leave letter from an employer stating your employment information and leave.
An employer has to submit: Business registration papers, GSTRs.

Documents Required for belgium Business Visa

The applicant should have a valid passport with a validity of at least 6 months before making a visa application to Belgium.
Copy of first and last page of the passport.
Visa application form, filled with correct information and signed by the candidate.
Two recent photos (45 mm x 35 mm) with a white background and 80% face closure. Editing of a photograph is restricted.
Covering letter from the company stating the details of travel. There should be a detailed description of the sponsoring person or company, itinerary, and financial means.
Confirmed hotel booking and round air ticket.
Overseas travel health insurance for the minimum coverage of Euro 30,000/-.
Proof of previous visas and travel history.
Day wise itinerary asserting the schedule of business activity.
Bank statement of saving account for the last 6 months, copy of fixed deposit or other investment (if available).
ITRs for the last 3 years.
Job appointment letter, confirmation letter, leave letter from an employer stating employment information and leave (if the applicant is an employee).
Business registration papers, GSTRs (if the applicant is an employer).
Invitation letter from the host organization in Belgium.
Description of project or business proposal.
Details of the organizations that are involved in the business event, project or conference.
The contract of employment with the company at the letterhead. There should be a company's stamp on the contract.
