NOC from the company stating the leave.
Salary slips of 3 months.
Copy of Employee ID Card.
Copy of Appointment Letter.
Copy of Job Confirmation Letter.
Copy of PAN Card.
ITRs of the last 3 years.
Copy of UAN Card.
Copy of PF certificate.
Confirmed Air Ticket.
Confirmed Accommodation.
Day Wise Itinerary.
Bank statement of last three months as a proof of funds available for the trip, sponsor letter confirming that all the expenses would be met by the sponsored person.
Copy of health insurance and travel insurance.
