REQUIREMENT OF DOCUMENTS FOR GHANA VISA APPLICATION

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR GHANA TOURIST VISA

A valid passport having a minimum of 6 months of validity and 2 blank pages at the time of visa application.
Visa application form duly filled and signed.
Old passport (if any).
Recent passport size photographs with 35x45mm dimension and white background. Avoid glasses and facial expressions while clicking photos.
A covering letter from the applicant. It should contain important information of personal & professional profile of the applicant, financial status, intended travel details, and other significant information.
Confirmed flight ticket (return).
Hotel booking confirmation (hotel voucher).
Bank statement for the last 6 months with the maintenance of sufficient average balance. It should have the stamp & sign by the bank's authorized personnel.
3 latest ITRs with supporting documents.
If the trip is sponsored, the letter of invitation is required to be submitted.
Yellow fever vaccination certificate.

Documents Required for GHANA Business Visa

A valid passport (travel document) having a minimum of 6 months of validity and 2 blank pages at the time of visa application.
Visa application form duly filled and signed.
Old passport (if any).
Recent passport size photographs with 35x45mm dimension and white background. Avoid glasses and facial expressions while clicking photos.
A covering letter from the company on the letterhead with official seal and signature. It should contain important information about the traveler and company.
Confirmed flight ticket (return).
Hotel booking confirmation (hotel voucher).
Copy of registration certificate of the company.
Invitation letter from the company in Ghana.
Bank statement for the last 6 months with the maintenance of sufficient average balance. It should have the stamp & sign by the bank's authorized personnel.
3 latest ITRs with supporting documents.
If the trip is sponsored, the letter of invitation is required to be submitted.
Yellow fever vaccination certificate.
