Indian national passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of visa application.
A visa form completed and signed.
Two latest passport size photographs with 80% face closure.
A covering letter stating a description of travel plans.
Proof of employment and income. All the supporting documents are required to be enclosed.
Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.
Hotel booking confirmation.
Onward or return air ticket stating the itinerary.
Bank statement for 6 months as a proof of financial means available for the trip.

Indian national passport that is valid for at least 6 months from the date of visa application.
A visa form completed and signed.
