Varanasi is about 864 km from Delhi and you can easily reach there by Indian Railway, by Road, or by Air. Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport is in Varanasi from where you can easily reach and visit the city. Due to inhabit on the bank of River Ganga, Varanasi is called the "Land of Shiva", because it is believed that Varanasi was inhabited by Lard Shiva. Varanasi is not only a city of temples rather it tells the stories of civilization and culture. The city has a religious significance as well as the history of the royal family is magnificent. Queen Lakshmi Bai was born in this royal family, who was named after the Ghat Manikarnika of Varanasi. Gulmarg is another best tourist spot which is nearly 51 km from Srinagar and it will take around 2 hours to reach by cab from Srinagar. Gulmarg is the most famous skiing location in the country. SHIMLA & MANALI
Shimla is the capital city of Himachal Pradesh and also the largest city of this state. Throughout the British time, Shimla served as the summer capital of the British rulers. Other than some beautiful tourist attractions, the city now has the UNESCO World Heritage Mountain Railways of India-The Kalka-Shimla Railway. The good time to visit Shimla is from November to June. Shimla can be reached by both by train or air. The nearest railway station to Shimla is Kalka, which is about 85 km away from the town. From Kalka, you can go to Shimla either by cab or can avail of the famous Kalka-Shimla narrow gauge toy train. The Kalka-Shimla toy train route passes mostly through the mountains and is well-known for the scenic view of encircled mountains and valleys. This route passes through a total of 102 tunnels and it takes around 5 hours to reach Shimla from Kalka. The nearest major airport to Shimla is Chandigarh. The distance of Shimla from Chandigarh is about 114 km and it will take almost 4 hours to reach Shimla from Chandigarh by road. Now you can start your journey with a popular temple Shimla Kali Bari. It is well-known tourist magnetism in the city. This beautiful temple was constructed in the year 1845 and the main divinity here is Goddess Kali. Next visit Shimla Mall Road, it is the main street in Shimla and is the most happing place in the town. There are numerous big and small stores located here. The upper level of mall road is known as the ridge which is a big open area. You went there at the time of sunset and observed a spectacular sunset from there. After sun-down, you come down to the mall road and went to the café of the famous Shimla mall road to taste the delicious cookies and hot chocolates. Now start your journey towards Kufri. Enjoy the scenic beauty of the pine-clad valleys on your way. After reach to Kufri, you can enjoy a photo-shoot sitting on the back of a Yak. Now start your journey towards Manali, which is 248 km from Shimla and you can reach there by cab or public transport. First, go to visit Gulaba. Gulaba is a picturesque village around Manali. The village is now a popular tourist attraction of Manali which is famous for natural beauty. You experience little snowfall here. Now next, go to Solang Valley is a side valley on the way to Rohtang Pass from Manali. The place is popular for different adventure sports activities. You can enjoy Paragliding, Skating, and zorbing here. Next, you can visit Him Valley Park. This is an amusement park at Manali. In this park, you will find many rides and boating. Other than this activity you can enjoy magic shows performed by local magicians. The most attractive part here is the folk dance performance of the local dancer. Next, go to Hamta Pass which is the corridor between the Chandra valley of Lahul and Kullu valley. You face little snowfall here. Goa is the smallest Indian state. It is the place where you can find pristine sea beaches, exciting nightlife, mouthwatering food, some lucrative shopping options, and lots of fun activities. Here I share a short tour plan of this beautiful Indian state. Goa is well connected by road, train, and air to the other part of the country. By air reach Dabolim Airport, which is an international airport so, you can reach easily from any other country to Goa. You will start your tour from North Goa and your first destination in North Goa will be Calangute. This place is around 37.5 km from Dabolim airport. Here you can go for a local sightseeing tour around Calangute. Calangute beach is the most happening beach in north Goa and also, a world-famous bathing beach. You can enjoy various adventure activities like Kayaking, sailing, water snorkeling, and windsurfing. At this place, you can easily spend hours as there are numerous beach sacks lying where you can enjoy beach life. From Calangute beach, go to visit the famous Basilica of Bom Jesus Church. Here I am going to share such a tour plan of this state in which you will cover some well-explored places and some beautiful places. On your tour first reach Cochin from your home town. Cochin can be reached both by train or air. By air reach Cochin International Airport and by train reach Ernakilam Jn. From there first go to visit Athirapally. At Athirapally, visit the famous Athirapally waterfalls. This grand water-falls is the largest in Kerala and it often referred to as the "Niagara of India". The height of this water-falls is 80 feet.
