Checklist of Required Documents for Irish Tourist Visa
  • A valid passport with a validity of six months after the intending date of leaving from the Republic of Ireland.
  • Old passport (if any).
  • Duly completed and signed the visa application.
  • Receipt of payment confirmation.
  • A covering letter that includes the full details of the purpose of visit to Ireland.
  • Proof of taxation (Income Tax Returns) for the last 3 years.
  • Unpaid accommodation and onward/round air ticket.
  • Detailed day-wise itinerary.
  • Travel health insurance.
  • Details of Previous Visa Refusals (If any)

Proof of employment:

  • Salaried persons:
    • NOC from the company on the official letterhead with the stamp. This letter should contain your employment, qualification and trip details.
    • Salary slips for the last 6 months.
    • Salary account statement.
  • Businessmen:
    • Proof of company registration.
    • Current Account (Company's bank account) statement for the last 3 months.
  • Proof of Funds:
    • The original bank statement for the last 6 months with the stamp by the bank.
    • Proof of Fixed Deposit or investment (if any).
  • An original sponsor letter from the spouse, partner or a family member (if the trip is sponsored). There's a need for evidence of relationship and the bank statement of sponsor person.

Documents for the Minor Applicants

  • Copy of the passports of both parents or guardians.
  • Written consent of both parents or guardians if the applicant is traveling alone or with someone else.
  • In case the minor is traveling with one parent, there's a need for the written consent of the other parent.
