A valid passport that must have a validity of at least 6 months at the time of visa application.
Two application forms, filled with accurate information and signed.
Two latest passport size photographs.
Covering letter by the applicant stating the purpose of travel and other details of the trip.
NOC from the company stating approved leave, the purpose of travel, and period of stay.
Confirmed hotel booking as well as return air ticket.
Bank statement of saving account for the last 3 months or other saving means with stamp & sign from the banker.
Certificate from the authorized doctor stating the medical fitness. HIV-AIDS and Cholera patients are not allowed to apply for a visa.
