Documents Required for netherlands Tourist Visa

Netherlands visa application form fully completed, dated and signed by the applicant. Fill the application very carefully as your application will be analyzed according to the information you provided through the application. If the applicant is a minor, the application signed by parents or legal guardian.
Covering letter that mentions the genuine reason for visiting the Netherlands. This letter should contain all the information about you like personal & professional profile in brief, travel history, funds available for your visit, and details of friends or relatives (in case you are going to visit them).
Travel document (passport) of the applicant. The passport must have a validity of at least three months after the intended return date. The passport must have at least two blank pages. Photocopy of bio page is also needed. In case of a minor applicant, copy of the parents' passport (front and back).
2 passport size photographs (35 x 45 mm) with white background and 80% face close up.
Bank statement of saving account for the last 3 months, copy of fixed deposit (if any) as a proof of sufficient funds for the travel. If you are a business person, you need to submit current account statement too.
Copy of PAN Card
ITRs of last 3 years along with the supporting documents or Form 16
If you are an employee, you have to submit: Job appointment letter, confirmation letter, NOC from an employer stating your employment information and leave.

Travel Health Insurance not less than the coverage of 30,000 Euros for the period of stay in the Netherlands. The travel medical insurance is essential to support the unavoidable expenses in case of uncertainty.
You need to submit civil status proof like marriage certificate, birth certificate of children, death certificate of spouse (wherever applicable) and socio-professional status proof like an employment contract, certificate of current employment, proof of pension, school or college attendance certificate (if you are a student)
