Essential (common) Documents for All Applicants:

• Travel document (Passport) of the applicant having a validity of a minimum of 3 months extending the return from Schengen country. For a minor applicant, the copy of the parents' or guardians' passport required.
• Norway visa application form filled online by the candidate himself. For this, the applicant must register online and pay the visa application fees.
• Round ticket of flight in order to confirm that the applicant is not having the intention of staying in Norway for more than a specified period. If he/she is intending to visit multiple Schengen countries, there's a need to enclose the proof of transportation (flight or train) confirmation.
• Two latest photographs with 35×45 dimension, 80% face closure. Editing photos with any kind of software is prohibited.
• Tourist Document CheckList form filled and signed by the applicant.
• Questionnaire of C-visa (this is for those who want to stay in Norway for a short term period).
• Confirmed accommodation (hotel, hostel or holiday home). If the applicant is planning to stay with a family member or a friend, he/she will require to get an invitation from the host member and submit it to the embassy.
• Travel insurance for the minimum amount of EURO 30,000.
• Bank account statement for the last six months, fixed deposits (if any), proof of income or savings in the form of investment policies or more.
• Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years along with the supporting documents.
• An employed applicant needs to submit NOC from the company, payslips for the last 3 months, and employment contract.
• Self-employed or business person requires to submit the registration proof of the company, GSTRs, and current account statement.

• Copy of the travel documents (passports) of both parents or guardians.
• Written consent of both parents or guardians if the applicant is traveling alone or with someone else.
• In case the minor is travelling with one parent, there's a need of written consent of the other parent.

• Day wise itinerary of the trip to Norway.
• Confirmation of the organized trip by the registered travel agency.

• Invitation from the host company. If the company is going to bear the living and travelling cost of the applicant, there's a need for the written declaration on the official letterhead with seal.
• Covering letter from the company.
• Detail of business activity organized in the destination country.

Note: The applicant requires to bring all the original documents as well as copies of the same while submitting Norway visa application at VFS. The original documents are meant for verification. All the documents should be in English or Norwegian language. Translated documents are required if available in another language.
