NOC from the company stating approved leave, the purpose of travel, and period of stay.
Confirmed hotel booking as well as return air ticket.
Proof of travel history.
Day wise itinerary.
Bank statement of saving account for the last 3 months or other saving means with stamp & sign from the banker.

Documents Required for peru Business Visa

A passport that must have a validity of at least one year at the time of visa application.
Two application forms, filled with accurate information and signed.
Three latest photographs (45 mm x 35 mm) with white background and 80% face close up.
Covering letter by the Indian company stating the purpose of travel and business activity.
Invitation letter from the company in Peru. The letter should be in the Spanish language and notarized.
Recommendation letter issued by the Chamber of Commerce in India.
Registration proof of the Indian company.
Confirmed hotel booking as well as return air ticket.
Proof of travel history.
