Common Documents for All Applicants:

• Passport of the applicant having a validity of a minimum of 3 months extending the return from Schengen country Portugal. For a minor applicant, the copy of the parents' or guardians' passport required.
• Copy of biodata pages of passport and all the previous visas as well as stamps.
• Old passport (if applicable).
• The return air ticket of Portugal. In case the applicant is intending to visit multiple Schengen countries, there's a need to enclose the proof of transportation (flight or train) confirmation.
• Two recent photographs with 35×45 dimensions, 80% face closure. Editing photos with any kind of software is not allowed.
• Confirmed accommodation for a specified period of stay. If the applicant is planning to stay with a family member or a friend, he/she will require to get an invitation from the host member and submit it to the embassy.
• Travel Insurance with the minimum coverage of 30,000 Euros for the period of stay in Portugal.
• Bank account statement for the last three months, fixed deposits (if any), proof of income or savings in the form of investment policies or more.
• Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years along with the supporting documents.
• An employed applicant needs to submit NOC from the company with the stamp on official letterhead, payslips for the last 3 months, and employment contract.
• Self-employed or business person requires to submit the registration proof of the company, GSTRs and current account statement.

• Copy of the passports of both parents or guardians.
• Written consent of both parents or guardians if the applicant is traveling alone or with someone else.
• In case the minor is traveling with one parent, there's a need for the written consent of the other parent.

• Detailed itinerary of the trip.
• Confirmation of the organized trip by the registered travel agency.

• Covering letter from the company.
• Invitation from the host company.
