Covering letter for stating the purpose of visit
Yellow Fever Vaccination, Ebola, and HIV negative valid medical certificates.

Company Registration Certificate and ITR if self-employed.
If visiting friend or family, an invitation letter is mandatory which needs to be faxed in the Local Ministry and then it would be submitted directly to the Embassy
