Checklist of Documents Required for Taiwan Visitor (Tourist) Visa

The original and valid passport that should be issued in less than 10 years with a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of arrival in Taiwan. The passport should have at least 2 blank pages.
Copy of front and last page of the passport.
Visa application form, manually filled and signed by the applicant. Use the capital letters while filling the form and affix a photograph.
A covering letter by the applicant stating the clear statement of purpose of the intended visit to Taiwan and other important facts.
Two latest photographs (35×45) with white background and 80% face closure. Photographs with wearing cap and spectacles are not accepted.
Proof of travel history.
Proof of profession should be submitted.
If the applicant is employed, there is a need for NOC from the company, detail of the designation, tenure of working and salary package on the letterhead of the company. The letter should be stamped and signed by the authorized person, bank statement (in original) for the last 3 months proving the sufficient financial means. The statement should have the stamp of the bank, payslips for the last 3 months.
If the applicant is an employer, there is a need to submit: Registration documents of the company, bank statement (in original) for the last 3 months proving the sufficient financial means. The statement should have the stamp of bank and GST Returns of the company.
Income Tax Returns of the last 3 years along with supporting documents. Whether the applicant is employed or an employer, this requirement is the same for both.
Confirmed accommodation and round air ticket for Taiwan tour.
Travel health insurance for the specified period of your travel.
If the applicant's journey is financed by another person, there's a need for a notarized letter of sponsorship.
If the applicant is accompanied by the dependent, he/she requires to submit the proof of relationship in the form of passport, birth certificate, or marriage certificate.
