Documents Required for tanzania Tourist Visa

Two visa application forms fully completed and signed by the applicant. If the applicant is a minor, the application signed by parents or legal guardians.
A valid passport of the applicant. The passport must have a validity of at least six months.
Covering letter stating the purpose of the travel.
2 photographs (35 x 45 mm) with white background and 80% face close up.
Confirmed air ticket (return).
Confirmed accommodation (hotel booking) for the number of days, you intend to stay in Tanzania.
Proof of sufficient funds available for the trip.
Certificate of yellow fever vaccination.
