Visa application fully completed and signed by the applicant. If the applicant is a minor, the application signed by parents or legal guardian.
Covering letter
A valid passport of the applicant. The passport must have a validity of at least six months.
2 photographs (35 x 45 mm) with white background and 80% face close up.

Bank statement of last three months as a proof of funds available for the trip.
