REQUIREMENT OF DOCUMENTS FOR THE UK VISA APPLICATION

Documents Required for UK Standard Visitor Visa (UK Short Stay Visa)

A valid current passport or travel identification with a minimum validity for the period of stay in the UK.
The travel document should have at least one blank page for UK visa.
Old passport or travel document (if any).
Two copies of the first and last page of the passport.
Proof of travel history (copy of previous visas and stamps).
Proof of financial solvency such as bank statements, proof of earnings (letter from employer and salary slips), company's bank account statement (if the applicant is self-employed). If the third party (a friend, relative or a company) is providing financial support for the trip, they need to show the documents proving that they have enough resources to support the applicant.
Details of employment and education (a letter from r employer, specifying the role, salary, and length of employment of a candidate or a letter from an education provider, confirming his/her admission and leave.
If the applicant is self-employed, submit the business registration documents.
Description of project or business activities, you are going to handle in the UK.
Details of the organizations that are involved in the business event, project or conference in the UK.
The contract of employment with the company at the letterhead. There should be a company's stamp on the contract.
Invitation letter from the host organization in the UK.
Covering letter (request letter) by the applicant that contains the details of travel.
Day wise itinerary stating the plans of each day after arriving UK.
If the applicant is minor, submit: Copy of the passports of both parents or guardians, written consent of both parents or guardians if the applicant is traveling alone or with someone else. In case the minor is traveling with one parent, there's a need for the written consent of the other parent.
