Checklist of Documents Required for usa Tourist Visa

Valid Indian passport of the candidate. The passport must have a validity of at least 6 months from the planned date of entry.
Copy of passport's biodata pages and visas.
Application form (DS – 160), filled with accurate information and signed.
One passport size photograph as per the specifications.
A copy of the appointment confirmation.
Proof of travel history.
Bank statement of saving account for the last 6 months, copy of fixed deposit (if any), or other documents showing the assets. A business person needs to submit current account statement and business proof.
ITRs for the last 3 years.
If you are an employee, carry a letter from your employer containing the information of your designation, period of employment, salary package, and job profile.
NOC from the employer.
If the trip is sponsored, carry an affidavit of support from the sponsor, proof of financial means, employment letter or business proof, copies of passport, proof of legal status in the United States.
If joining a spouse: original marriage certificate, an album of photographs, and all the personal and professional documents of a spouse.
If you are an employer, you have to submit: Business registration papers, GSTRs of the last 3 years
