Income Tax Returns for the last 3 years.

Indian National passport having a least 6 months validity from the date of visa application.
Two visa application forms completed and signed.
A covering letter from the company stating the purpose of travel.
Original letter of invitation from the company in Yemen. It should be submitted to the embassy directly.
Confirmed return ticket.
Bank statement for the 6 months showing sufficient financial means for the trip.
